Massage Therapy for
Athletes looking to optimize performance & Individuals
with chronic Pain

Bailey Campbell is a PA licensed massage therapist and 200 hour yoga teacher. As a life-long student of human movement and anatomy, Bailey has found a passion in helping others unlock their potential through whole-body wellness; beginning with massage and yoga. In creating a foundation that allows for a better understanding of the body, pain sources, and the nervous system, clients are able to take the next steps in working towards a healthier and more comfortable life.

Bailey strives to create an environment in which clients feel heard and their needs are addressed. If a client is suffering from pain or discomfort, her goal is to aid the client in better understanding what they are feeling through thorough verbal and hands-on assessment and work to alleviate the problem areas. If the goal is to increase athletic performance or prevent injury, she will continuously work with the athlete to optimize performance before, during, and after events.

Her yogic approach aims to help students grow through proper alignment, breath work, and thorough movement analysis. One-on-one and small group settings allow for more foundational attention and theory behind an effective yoga practice. Novice students will feel confident enough to step into any class and advanced students take their practice to a deeper mental and physical level.

Bailey has continued to expand her background knowledge with certifications in cupping therapy, prenatal massage, corrective exercise (NASM), and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Rock Tape FMT Blades). She has spent the last four years working with various athletic organizations, including the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Steelers, University of Pittsburgh Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming, Wrestling, and Lacrosse, Duquesne University Swimming and Diving, Women's Basketball and Bryant University Swimming and Diving.
